Lauren Ash Morgan is co-founder and artistic director of Speech of Fire, a newly formed theatre company. From 2014 through her appointment in 2019, she was artistic director for Seoul Shakespeare Company. As the Artistic Director for SSC she also was SSC's costume designer, producer composer/music director and text coach. While she was usually the leader of the group of actors, during her last year, she was able to make her debut as a director (and Lighting Designer) in the SSC's King Lear.
